Authentise has made available RFQ Responder. Users can deliver with configurable quoting. There is rapid overview of detailed costing.​ Users can easily edit visibility of individual components in the final quote, as well as customize the price of every single process step, if required. It's also possible to add additional costs and edit labor/machine time.

Users can avoid duplicate work with templatizable processes. During order review, operators can process files with custom pre-production workflows, including approvals. Attach templatized workflow, including specimens required, or use Authentise's Guideline recommendation engine to adjust quote, even for assemblies. Then users can set detailed work instructions​ and complete basic tasks (orientation) in the app or advanced tasks with CAD integration. Also, it's possible to build on historical experience through both the certified builds and Model Libraries.​

With RFQ Responder there is an accessible overview with rapid insight into activities across locations. There's just one place to view all quotes and orders. Data sharing is simplified for all users, across all locations. Users can create personalized dashboards for each operator to see quotes in movement. Also, it's possible to integrate Authentise data with hundreds of additional tools for personalized alerts, reports, and more through Power Automate.
