CONTACT Software and PROSTEP have set up a new collaboration. CONTACT Software and PROSTEP AG are pooling their skills in IT, processes and methods to offer suitable solutions for different collaboration scenarios.

The portfolio of both companies complements each other : Based on its open Elements platform, CONTACT Software develops solutions for the product development process, the digital transformation and the Internet of Things (IoT). As a vendor-neutral consulting and software company, PROSTEP contributes its experience and its standards-based solutions for the integration of PLM systems.

"Product lifecycle support of most PLM systems ends at the company's frontier, even though product development, manufacturing and operations are spread across global ecosystems today," says CONTACT's CEO Karl-Heinz Zachries.
