Company introduces its Production Assessment Program.

Evolve Additive Solutions, manufacturer of capital equipment and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene thermoplastic production parts has launched its “Production Assessment Program.”

This program allows for clients to work with a team of engineering experts to analyze and validate the business case of their additive applications on Evolve’s SVP (Scaled Volume Production) platform, powered by STEP (Selective Thermoplastic Electrophotographic Process) technology. Clients will then receive high-fidelity parts and a summary report with production validation data.

To accommodate this new program, the headquarters locations in Minnetonka, MN, and the Material Technology Center in Rochester, NY, recently expanded. The Minnetonka facility has added a 11,500-sq.-ft. “Production Acceleration Center,” which includes an SVP system experience center, a metrology test lab, a post-processing lab, training facilities and a production parts showroom. The Rochester, NY, location added 6,000 square feet and continues to test and develop new materials.

This expansion will allow us to continue on our path to be the industry leader for higher volume of production thermoplastic applications within the additive manufacturing space,” says Joe Allison, CEO of Evolve. “In addition, it provides us the opportunity to show the entire process from discover to delivery.”
