GPI Prototype has completed installing a third direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) machine.
The machine is a EOSINT M 270 from EOS. The addition of this third machine will help expand GPI’s metal rapid prototyping services to include aluminum, which will be printed on the EOSINT M 280.
Other materials available for DMLS include Stainless Steel, Colbalt Chrome, Miraging Steel, Titanium Alloy and Nickel Alloy.
