IDEAL Rolls Out MyArchiveCenter.com

MyArchiveCenter.com is an on-line hosted facility for large-format scanned drawings. Available on a subscription basis, it functions as a data-management zone and allows users to setup projects, upload files, and organize document sets using just a Web browser.  

The drawings can be accessed online for viewing, printing, and distribution. Hosted project drawings are maintained in a secure Level 3 datacenter and are managed by Global Archives, an IDEAL (Rockville, MD) Strategic Business Partner. Data resides on socket layer servers providing 256-bit encryption with user authentication policies. Concurrent operations provide primary and secondary access with automated backup services.

IDEAL is offering free subscriptions for all Contex scanner users and limited-time assessment trials for all users at myarchivecenter.com.
