NATEL, OnCore Manufacturing Sign Merger Agreement

The new company will provide electronic manufacturing services to a variety of industries.

NATEL Engineering and OnCore Manufacturing have reached an agreement to merge. The new company will be focused on providing organizations electronic manufacturing services.

The new company, according to a press release, would build high-reliability low-to-medium volume and high-mix electronic subassemblies and systems. It would serve the medical, industrial, aerospace and defense sectors.

“Both NATEL and OnCore have pursued successful strategies to grow their respective businesses and we are excited to bring these two companies together. We are highly complementary organizations and our combined value proposition will deliver competitive advantages for our customers,” said Sajjad Malik, OnCore chief executive officer.
