NCDMM Summit 2019 Offers Ample Opportunity to Network, Learn from Experts

The NCDMM Summit 2019 is slated for May 8-9, 2019 at the Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort and Conference Center in Blairsville, PA.

May 8 is set up to be an interactive day of presentations and networking. Following the day’s presentations, there will be a reception for attendees to network, learn about project displays and build relationships. For the general session, which will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 8, following are some speakers who will give presentations: Prabhjot Singh, GE Global Research; Pat McGibbon, AMT-Association For Manufacturing Technology; LTC John Schmitt, Cargo Helicopter PMO; Bill Harris, Lockheed Martin; and Buck Helfferich, Tronix3D. Additionally a local industry representative will speak.

Also during the general sesson, NCDMM will present the Lawrence J. Rhoades Award, offer a Young Professionals Panel, and more.

On May 9, a golf outing will conclude NCDMM’s Summit 2019 event, giving attendees another opportunity to network. 

NCDMM says its annual event is designed to build collaboration and partnerships among manufacturers, government, industry and academia to advance manufacturing technologies. The organization invites the following to attend: manufacturers; engineers; defense & aerospace program managers; academics & researchers; government partners; and technology developers. For those who attend, NCDMM says to expect to learn from leaders in the supply chain; sustainability; advanced manufacturing; automation; cybersecurity; Internet of Things; leadership; and entrepreneurship.
