Tecplot Inc., a provider of CFD (computational fluid dynamics) visualization and analysis software, has released an updated version of Tecplot Chorus 2015. This version has new functions such as constraint visualization, selected-cases view and license roaming.
Constraint visualization has been added for 2D scatter plots to help with trade studies. According to the company, this capability allows engineers to quickly see what points in their design space are close to boundaries.
Selected-cases view eliminates the need for users to scroll through hundreds of cases in order to access the necessary data.
Licensing in Tecplot Chorus 2015 has been updated to allow users to work with a network license. This means users can work for a set period of time, rather than being confined to using Tecplot Chorus on one machine.

The platform is available on 64-bit versions of Windows 7, 8 and Vista. A Linux option is also available.
