Four years after IBM’s supercomputer appeared on “Jeopardy!”, engineers are now able to build Watson capabilities into applications. Rob High, Watson CTO, and Aroop Pandya, platform manager, discuss the periodic table of Watson APIs (application programming interfaces), letting users build technology with the cognitive computing framework.
