HP Expands Display Offerings

The new line includes a virtual reality, high-resolution and curved monitors.

HP has expanded its computer monitor offerings with a virtual reality display, 4K and 5K displays and curved displays. The monitors will be released over the next few months.

The new lineup from HP includes:

  • Zvr Virtual Reality Display: This device provides a real-time, natural interaction that will reduce barriers between digital and physical worlds, the company states. It has a 23.6 in. screen is powered by zSpace technology.
  • Z27s and Z24z 4K Display and Z27q 5K Display: Both monitors offer high-definition display and are equipped with DisplayPort, HDMI, MHL and USB 3.0 Connections. The 4K monitors have a 3840 x 2160 resolution and a 16:9 UHD panel. The 5K display has a 5120 x 2880 resolution and 14.7 million pixels.
  • Curved Displays: This line offers low-haze enhancement technology to reduce reflectiveness and a 178º field of view. Users can also mirror smartphone or tablet content on these display.
