AdvancedTek, provider of industrial 3D printing solutions in the Midwest, is adding Formlabs’ 3D printers and materials to its portfolio.

“As the adoption of additive manufacturing continues to grow, we recognize how important it is to expand our offerings to match the growing variety of organizations looking for solutions. We saw an opportunity to add extremely reliable and versatile desktop and benchtop options to our portfolio to help organizations of all sizes and stages extend their additive manufacturing capabilities,” says Matt Havekost, vice president of Sales at AdvancedTek. “By offering Formlabs solutions, we’re able to offer advanced yet cost-effective 3D printing solutions that have helped them become the world’s best-selling provider of professional SLA and SLS 3D printers.”

Formlabs’ 3D printing solutions—including the Form 4/4B SLA printers, Form 4L/4BL large-format SLA printers, and Fuse 1+ 30W SLS printer—feature ease of use and material versatility, according to Formlabs. These systems enable companies to rapidly prototype, iterate, and produce end-use parts with detail and strength. With this addition, AdvancedTek will provide sales support for Formlabs’ products.

“Collaborating with AdvancedTek helps Formlabs extend our mission to make it possible for anyone to bring their ideas to life,” says Brian Nies, head of North American Sales at Formlabs. “AdvancedTek’s reputation and presence in the Midwest will help get Formlabs’ industry-leading 3D printers, tools, and materials in the hands of more engineers, designers, and innovators in the region.”
