Theorem Solutions has released the latest version of CADverter for CATIA V5i>NX.

Theorem’s CATIA V5i>NX and NX>V5i is a package of two uni-directional direct database converters between the Dassault Systèmes’ V5 and Siemens’ NX modeling applications. It has been developed using the Spatial Interop Development Environment and supports all CATIA V5 revisions from V5 R15 to V5-6R2015, and NX 8.5, 9.0 and 10.

The software is designed for companies who have limited or no access to the CATIA V5 application, but who need to create or read NX data.

CATIA users who also have to work with data supplied in the NX format from customers and suppliers commonly find that they require access to the license of their CATIA application in order to translate the NX data into a useable CATIA format but ultimately end up tying up their CATIA license. Using the CADverter, users can create and consume NX data without needing access to a license of the CATIA V5 application.
