CONTACT Software announces it has secured a majority stake in neusta mobile solutions.

A provider of standard software for digital transformation, CONTACT Software has acquired a majority stake in neusta mobile solutions GmbH. The former owner, team neusta SE, is transferring all its company shares as part of its strategic realignment.

As a software provider for digital transformation, CONTACT Software strengthens its strategic innovation capabilities and systematically expands its mobile application offerings with this investment. This allows the company to pursue its growth strategy.

With this investment, CONTACT expands its ecosystem to include a company with mobile development expertise, creating opportunities for collaborative product initiatives.
