Keysight Technologies Releases BenchVue 3.0

By DE Editors

October 21, 2015

Keysight Technologies has released the latest version of its BenchVue software. Version 3.0 includes a new capability to let users create custom tests.

The new Test Flow app has a drag-and-drop interface for rapid prototyping of test sequences. The application combines the power of a sequencer with the data capture and analysis tools in BenchVue.

Also added to the software is a Network Analyzer app and additional model support. This brings the total number of supported instruments to over 300. Downloads are also smaller, updates are faster and application software releases are no longer tied to platform releases, the company states.

“BenchVue has proven to be an enthusiastically accepted software tool among Keysight bench-instrument users.” says Rod Unverrich, Keysight’s senior software programs manager. “This milestone software release unlocks capabilities our customers have requested for custom test creation and sequencing. The software also provides additional flexibility for future solutions, including individual applications enabled by the BenchVue framework.”
