ZW3D, a provider of CAD/CAM solutions for the manufacturing industry, has launched ZW3D 2015 SP with over 300 improvements. The software is suited for mid-range CAD applications. According to the company, ZW3D is a design-through-manufacturing platform with advanced usability, stability and function extension.

For usability, ZW3D now includes a new electrode ribbon tab for a more intuitive user interface, tweaked picking and highlighting for flexible configuration, clearer results and more.

This release also comes with integration for robust Boolean operation, enhanced Direct Edit and roughing functions and more.

Furthermore, version 2015 SP has function extension for data exchange, turning cycle output and drive curve generation.
