Keysight Technologies Releases New Signal Analyzer Options

By DE Editors

July 2, 2015

Keysight Technologies has released four new M9290A CXA-m PXIe signal analyzer tracking generator options. The signal analyzer now has 3, 7.5, 13.6 and 26.5GHz options. These offerings, the company states, makes it the industry's first modular stimulus response measurement solution and provides the highest tracking generator frequency coverage.

The CXA-m also provides vector signal analysis capabilities, and is ideal for characterizing components in subsystems. Users can identify frequency response, conversion loss and insertion loss/gain and analyze unknown signals.

“Today’s developers that are creating systems used in the maintenance and production line want a versatile test platform that has a small footprint; and is capable of spectrum and signal analysis; and component characterization,” said Brian LeMay, general manager of Keysight’s Chengdu Instruments Division. “The modular design of the CXA-m and its industry-leading capabilities provide a powerful and affordable solution.”
