Astronics Corporation officially announced the finalization of its acquisition of EADS North America's Test and Services Division (EADS T&S).

According to a company press release, EADS T&S was acquired for approximately $53 million in cash plus $17 million of preliminary net working capital adjustments.

The decision to acquire EADS T&S was announced on Jan. 21. Further information is available here.
