Astronics Completes Acquisition of EADS North America Test and Services Division,Astronics Completes Acquisition of EADS North America Test and Services Division

Astronics Corporation officially announced the finalization of its acquisition of EADS North America's Test and Services Division (EADS T&S).

According to a company press release, EADS T&S was acquired for approximately $53 million in cash plus $17 million of preliminary net working capital adjustments.

The decision to acquire EADS T&S was announced on Jan. 21. Further information is available here.
