Keysight Technologies Releases SystemVue 2015.01

The platform now has MATLAB scripts from MathWorks.

Keysight Technologies has released the latest version of its system-level electronic design automation software, SystemVue. Version 2015.01 has a commercial 5G simulation reference library and the integration of MATLAB Script from MathWorks.

The platform, according to the company, now enables users to anticipate challenges of 5G, research related technology and increase productivity for system architecture and baseband physical layers.

Some additional enhancements include:

  • FPGA (field programming gate array) programming connection to the Keysight real-time wideband 8-channel digitizer.
  • RF system-level EVM budget analysis and AM/PM support.
  • Reference receivers and EVM/BER support for 25 modulation formats useful in satellite and military applications.
  • Expanded support for new Keysight test instruments.
“Keysight and MathWorks worked diligently to integrate MATLAB Script into SystemVue to provide some great benefits to our mutual customers,” said Roy Lurie, vice president of Engineering at MathWorks. “With MATLAB Script, SystemVue customers can now write equations and create models that are evaluated by a built-in MATLAB Script engine that provides access to a core set of MATLAB functions. With a simple change to the settings in SystemVue, MATLAB customers can also extend the capabilities of MATLAB Script to access all functions in MATLAB and the toolboxes for which they are licensed.”
