According to a press release issued this afternoon, Kontron AG(San Diego, CA), a global embedded computer technology company, hasacquired Dolch Computer Systems, Inc. for an undisclosed cashamount from Siegel-Robert, Inc. A leading developer of ruggedizedcomputers andflat panel displays for harsh environment applications, Dolch willassume theKontron name and operate as a business unit of Kontron America,Inc.
