CadSoftTools announces a major CST CAD Navigator upgrade. The team has made this cross-platform CAD application faster and easier to use. The company added support for new file formats, introduced features, and improved existing ones.

What's New in CST CAD Navigator 16

  • 2D improvements
    • Improved import of DWG and DXF formats.
    • Added export to DWG and DXF 2010, 2013, 2018 formats.
    • Improved export to DWG and DXF formats.
  • 3D improvements
    • Improved import of STEP, ACIS (SAT, SAB), and SLDPRT formats.
    • Added support for SLDASM format.
  • PDF to DWG/DXF conversion improvements
    • Improved overall conversion quality.
    • Added option to apply transparency to fills.
  • Added a Batch Conversion feature that allows users to convert multiple 2D files to a specified format in one go (Tools -> Batch).
  • Improved G-code generation.
