The Maple Professional Math Toolbox for LabVIEW from Maplesoft (Waterloo, Ontario) gives engineers the ability to integrate the power math of Maple 9.5 and the test, automation, and control capabilities of LabVIEW 7.1 graphical development environment from National Instruments (Austin, TX).

The Maple Professional Math Toolbox for LabVIEW provides two options for users to combine LabVIEW and Maple. With a new library of automation VIs (virtual instruments), users can pass data values between the environments, call the Maple mathematics engine, and automate other Maple operations from LabVIEW. Second, developers can reuse their existing Maple scripts directly inside the LabVIEW block diagram via a new LabVIEW script node.

Maple Professional Toolboxes are a series of add-on products that extend the scope and functionality of Maplesoft products into specialized application areas. Designed to work seamlessly with the core Maple product suite, Maple Professional Toolboxes are available for such application areas as engineering, science, and technical application development. For more information on Maple Professional Toolboxes, visit the Maplesoft website.
