January 13, 2015

Symmetry Solutions, a supplier of SolidWorks CAD Software, is now an official distributor of MarkForged's Mark One Carbon Fiber Printer. This system, according to the company, is the first 3D printer that can print nylon, carbon fiber, Kevlar and fiberglass.

With this distribution agreement, the companies are bringing the system to the North American market, a press release states.

“We needed an organization that could take our one-of-a-kind 3D printer to market and get it on the desks of every engineer and designer in North America. Symmetry Solutions is the organization that can do it,” stated Greg Mark, Founder and CEO, MarkForged. “We look forward to a long lasting and mutually successful partnership with Symmetry Solutions.”
