Vistronix, a provider of IT solutions, has finalized its acquisition of ExaTech Solutions.

ExaTech is an IT company that provides software, systems and network engineering support. The benefits of this transaction, according to the company, are going to accelerate the organization's growth in a number of areas. These include Big Data analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity and more.
