Endeavor 3D, provider of advanced additive manufacturing solutions, announces its latest material offering: HP PA 12 Flame Retardant (FR), a halogen-free material with a 60% powder reusability ratio. As a North American contract manufacturer, Endeavor 3D has been validated and approved by HP for production-ready applications using Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D Printing technology.

HP 3D PA 12 FR, enabled by Evonik, is a material that has a high level of reuse and premium surface finish, according to HP. UL 94 V0 certification at 2.5-mm thickness. HP 3D PA 12 FR is suited for any type of electronic or electrical component housing that requires UL94 V0, ranging from battery holders, cable guides, lighting covers, home appliance casings and more.

“By adding HP 3D PA 12 Flame Retardant to our portfolio, Endeavor 3D continues to lead the way in providing manufacturers with quality production-grade additive manufacturing solutions that challenge conventional performance and cost expectations,” says Phil Arnold, chief executive officer of Endeavor 3D.

“Endeavor 3D has established itself as a key partner in advancing the adoption of industrial additive manufacturing," adds François Minec, vice president and global head of Sales and Business Development, HP Additive Manufacturing Solutions. " With the introduction of HP PA 12 FR to their material line, they are helping manufacturers access high-performance, flame-retardant solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across critical industries.”
