Entigral Systems announced that it is launching a services group focused on assisting potential customers and systems integrators with their implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) solutions.

According to a company press release, this group will specialize in providing discovering potential process improvement to deliver turn-key installations, RIFD consulting, site surveys, system design, pilot testing, project management, ROI analysis, system installation and post-installation services.

“Service has always been an important part of what Entigral does,” says L. Allen Bennett, founder and executive vice president of Professional Services. “We are taking all of the intense internal planning and experience that goes into a TraxWare deployment, and offering these same, exacting services to clients and partners. The goal is to provide expert advice and services to organizations, be they end users or system integrators, at any level of commitment in an RFID implementation.”
