Cyber Media has announced its Global Services Top 100 IT listings. For the second consecutive time, Harbinger Systems, a provider of software engineering services, was featured among the ranks.

This distinction is due to the success of Harbinger’s participation at the Cloud Expo West and DevLearn events, according to the company. Its services include enterprise software development, advanced testing for software ISVs and solution consulting in eLearning.

“We are pleased to be honored in this elite listing for the second year in a row,” says Swati Ketkar, executive director, Harbinger Systems. “This recognition is a further endorsement of our leadership in the outsourced product development domain. In year 2014, we plan to strongly focus on emerging technologies and frameworks in mobile, cloud and big data, to build new products with our customers and partners.”

Global Services 100 is a study that identifies the top global ITO and BPO service providers who demonstrate leadership.
