Luxology LLC (San Mateo, CA) announced the availability of “MP3 Player: Rapid Visualization and Prototyping,” a new video album that demonstrates how modo 302’s toolset can be used to complement and enhance the product design process in the creation of an MP3 player. Offering step-by-step instructions, the video album shows how to take designs from concept to surfaces in modeling sculpting and painting using Subdivision surfaces in modo. Included in the video album are instructions for how to prepare a model for 3D printing and the creation of final presentation images. Comprised of three video tutorials totaling 104 minutes of instruction, the albums are sold for USD $25 each and are delivered online in 1280 x 720 QuickTime format.
