Digital manufacturing firm Prototek announces the formal absorption of four business units they acquired over the past few years. All five companies will come together under the Prototek brand, effective now. The acquisitions include Sac EDM & Waterjet, Inc., Midwest Prototyping, ProtoCAM, and Prototype Solutions Group. Headquartered in New Hampshire, with locations spanning the United States, the consolidation of these digital manufacturing companies will provide current customers and prospects more solutions.

This move marks a milestone for Prototek, as its strategic growth initiatives continue to expand in digital manufacturing. The decision comes as a result of Prototek leadership listening to customers and prospects in the marketplace, what their demands are, and how to better position the organization for success in the future. Prototek offers a range of digital manufacturing services in the United States, including additive manufacturing, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, wire and sinker EDM, and more.

“This consolidation allows us to provide more solutions to our valued customers,” says Bill Bonadio, CEO of Prototek. “We understand that each project is unique, and our hands-on approach, coupled with our clients’ vision, helps to build smart solutions from innovation to scale."

Prototek is launching its new website, complete with the full-service listing and fast prototype quoting. Coming December 20, 2023, the new website is another way Prototek serving such industries as aerospace and defense, automotive, medical, energy, and consumer products.
