By DE Editors

March 19, 2014

Engineering PLM Solutions announced the release of a RuleDesigner Configurator action library able to drive Creo Parametric 2.0 and Windchill by PTC.

According to the company, PTC users benefit by using RuleDesigner Configurator to perform typical operations of the two environments, including open, upload and close Creo 2.0 files; renaming file in session; regenerate assemblies and parts; built components; edit parameters; perform functions predefined by the user; replace components; enable or remove features; documents check out; and Windchill workspace management.

According to the company, RuleDesigner Configurator allows users to extend configurations beyond the design office by integrating processes related to CRM, project, service, marketing and sales force automation management.
