Systat Software, Inc. (San Jose, CA) released SigmaPlot 11, advanced scientific graphing and data-statistical analysis software that now offers more than 50 key statistical methods and over 100 graph types.

SigmaPlot 11, which allows its users to present their data using exact, publication-quality graphs, includes a full range of easy-to-use statistical functions in addition to graphing templates as well as utilities with improved features for accurate and fast data analysis for non-statisticians.

SigmaPlot 11 offers advisory statistical analysis features along with a full range of graphing templates and utilities, says the release, for unmatched data accuracy, speed, data analysis, and presentation.

With this latest release, Systat is delivering to its customers enhancements designed to increase ease-of-use, streamline graphing processes, support statistical analysis, and improve the quality of the graphs.

Some key features include a new user interface to streamline customized workspace; complete advisory statistical analysis features to increase the number of usable scientific and engineering applications; global curve fitting to easily share one or more equation parameters across multiple data sets; preformatted worksheets with the ability to import Excel 2007 files directly; 2D Vector Plots; a pop-up dialog box; Vista compliance; and more.
