WIN Enterprises Launches New Embedded Controller

WIN Enterprises, a designer and manufacturer of embedded controllers and network platforms for OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), has released the MB-73400. This device features the Intel Atom Braswell system on chip (SoC).

The MB-73400 is a Mini-ITX form factor that can support a wide range of low-profile OEM devices. It has a strong serial I/O via a 1x RS232/422/485 and 5x RS232 through pin headers as well as 2x GbE LAN.

Main features include:

  • Intel Atom Braswell SoC Processors: QC N3700 2.4GHz, QC N3150 2.0GHz and DC N3000 2.0GHz options
  • Two DDRL SO-DIMMs (dual in-line memory modules) up to 8GB
  • Two HDMI/24-bit LVDS
  • One SATA III
  • Two Mini-PCIe sockets
  • HD audio
Braswell is Intel's next-generation multicore SoC that reflects a new microarchitecutre manufactured on Intel's tri-gate 14nm process, the company states.
