ARC Group Worldwide Announces Two Acquisitions

ARC Group Worldwide, a provider of advanced manufacturing and 3D printing solutions, announced its acquisition of Advanced Tooling Concepts (ATC) and Thixoforming LLC.

ATC specializes in offering complete, turnkey plastic injection molding capabilities and in-house knowledge to its clients.

Thixoforming provides magnesium injection molding to create high-density injection molding components from magnesium alloys.

ARC acquired ATC for $24 million, a company press release stated. The terms of Thixoforming’s acquisition have not been disclosed.
