Computer Aided Technology (CATI) has acquired the SolidWorks business from Tridaq. Tridaq clients in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois will have access to CATIs solutions.

"CATI has demonstrated leadership in the channel since the beginning. They continue to do so today by providing true single-source support for the entire SolidWorks product portfolio and in creating additional value for their customers. We are certain CATI will provide a high level of support to clients from Tridaq," said Alfred Saad, vice president, Americas sales, Dassault Syst mes SolidWorks.

The team at CATI has been serving manufacturing and engineering clients for the past 20 years. The additional products and services CATI has to offer will allow our clients to see immediate benefits and be successful for years to come, said Tridaq president Dick Longoria.

Tridaqs Kansas City, Mo., office will serve as the new home of CATIs office and training center in Kansas City, serving clients in Kansas and the surrounding Kansas City area. Tridaq clients in Missouri will also have access to CATIs office and training center located in the St. Louis suburb of St. Charles. CATI will retain all of Tridaqs Kansas City and St. Louis staff members.
