GlobalSpec (Troy, NY) expanded its relationship with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE; Washington, DC), enabling visitors to the IEEE Xplore Web site, a digital library providing full text access to the world's highest quality technical literature in electrical engineering, computer science, and electronics, to access to more than one million application notes available on GlobalSpec. The relationship between GlobalSpec and the IEEE was initially established in 2005. GlobalSpec currently indexes over one million technical documents, including journal articles and conference proceedings, from the IEEE on The Engineering Web.
