Braxton Science & Technology Group (BSTG) and The O'Neil Group Company have joint purchased Gnostech. The firm specializes in cybersecurity, system integration and software development. It is also a provider of GPS user equipment, signals modeling, simulation and testing.

BSTG is a provider of services for systems engineering, command & control, satellite ground systems, software development, cybersecurity, cross-domain data dissemination and more.

"This purchase adds GPS User Segment work to our existing Space and Ground Segment contracts," said Frank Backes, CEO, BSTG. "The DoD cyber security and information assurance contracts will align well with our existing Air Force and Commercial work and expand our national presence with offices in Pennsylvania, Virginia and California.”
