Induslogic Merges with Bonus Technology

New GlobalLogic has a presence in Europe.

Induslogic, a provider of outsourced product development services, has merged with Bonus Technology, a software engineering services company with significant operations in the Ukraine, and changed the company's name to GlobalLogic (Vienna, VA).

"Bonus Tech's success can be attributed to the rich infrastructure ofengineering talent located in the Ukraine," said Nick Sage, CEO ofBonus Technology in a press statement. "As GlobalLogic, our new companyis poised to grow and prosper as we continue to bring some of the topengineering talent in the world to companies on a 24-7 schedule."
