MFG.com(Atlanta, GA), formerly known as MFGquote.com, an online marketplacethat matches buyers with suppliers of manufactured parts, has announceda suite of tools it hopes will significantly improve the buyer'sexperience. Designed using Flex, the company says the new toolssimplify the process to create an RFQ by increasing both flexibilityand efficiency throughout the duration of the RFQ creation.

According to a press release, the new tools provide buyers with severalnew features that help to simplify the quoting process. New featuresallow users to mark RFQs that might be restricted under ITAR(International Traffic and Arms Regulation); search by function on theengineering process list; view distribution of whom the RFQ will besent to prior to release, enabling users to add, remove and narrow downsuppliers from the pre-selected distribution list; and mouse overfunctions for help.
