NextComputing Announces Half-height Device Support with NextPak 525
Supports variety of 5.25-in. devices and two removable hard drives.

NextComputing has released NextPak 525, an add-on pack for its Intel-based NextDimension Evo and NextDimension Pro computer lines. The NextPak 525 expands the modular nature of the NextDimension by supporting a variety of extra 5.25-in. devices as well as two additional quick-time removable hard drives.
NextPak 525The add-on pack supports 5.25-in. devices such as large-scale removable hard drives, back-up tape drives to archive data in the field; CD-RW, DVD-RW, and Blu-ray drives, encryption devices, media readers, and additional input/output expansion.
The add-in device is accessible from the left side of the pack, while the right side allows the addition of up to two extra quick-time removable hard drives (up to 500GB each).
The NextPak 525 adds 2 in. of depth to the back of the mobile NextDimension computer.
