Padova Technologies will partner with Clustercorp to deliver Rocks+ turnkey Linux clusters with its customized HPC hardware solutions.
“We are thrilled to be able to provide and support the world’s premier solution for managing clusters within research and commercial environments,” said Keith Fischbach, president of Padova Technologies. “By partnering with Clustercorp, we can now offer flexible choices in enterprise-level HPC clusters and provide end-to-end support that allows organizations to take HPC solutions to the next level.”
Rocks+ is the commercial version of Rocks Cluster Distribution—an end-to-end HPC software solution that includes the operating system, cluster management middleware, libraries, and compilers.
“As cluster computing rapidly takes over the HPC market, the need for enterprise-class HPC services and supported solutions are becoming paramount,” said Tim McIntire, president and cofounder of Clustercorp. “A complex, high-value deployment such as an HPC cluster often necessitates an experienced support team. What the Padova and Clustercorp partnership provides customers is the added confidence that they’ll get the right software and the right hardware.”
