Poly Software International ( Pearl River, NY http://www.polysoftware.com/ ) released a new software package for technical plotting and data processing: PSI-Plot version 8.8 for Windows, which incorporates all the features in the previous versions plus 30 more.
Some of the new features include simplex and Powell methods for nonlinear fitting, dose-response analysis, Weibull analysis, Kaplan-Meier survival estimates, more than 100 new predefined fitting models, and many others. New plot wizard will create user-desired plot in a more intuitive way. Several new plot types and new axis scales have also been added in this new version.
PSI-Plot, which was first released in September 1992 as a DOS program, has been used by more than 73,000 scientists and engineers in the U.S and around the world.
