ReverseEngineering.com has released ReSpect, a go/no-go, reverse engineering and inspection software product. ReSpect resides as a plug-and-play toolset in SolidWorks 2009 3D mechanical design software.

Engineers and designers can use SolidWorks with ReSpect to capture and measure data from existing parts, while working directly within the SolidWorks environment. ReSpect is designed specifically to support geometric dimensioning and tolerancing applications.

ReSpect supports devices such as Faro, Romer, MicroScribe,  and 3D Creator.
