Seemage Version 3.2 Raises the Bar on PLM Functionality

Seemage, Inc. (Waltham, MA) has announced Version 3.2 of its PLM component platform. According to a press release, this latest version further increases the capabilities and functions used to create usable design and product information to business departments including engineering, customer service, marketing, and sales.

Version 3.2 includes the new Path Planner module. Path Planner lets users perform accessibility and serviceability studies of products. With Path Planner, product maintenance and usability are enhanced because users can quickly and easily analyze new and existing maintenance procedures using a vast store of product design data. Seemage’s direct associativity to the 3D design information delivers new levels of accuracy and usability to critical maintenance processes, reducing cost and improving time to market.
