SYCODE (Panaji , India ) launched AutoCAD DWG and DXF file import and export add-ons for Alibre Design.

The AutoCAD 3D interoperability add-ons for Alibre Design are: DWG Import for Alibre Design - DWG import add-on; DXF Import for Alibre Design - DXF import add-on; DWG Export for Alibre Design - DWG export add-on; and DXF Export for Alibre Design - DXF export add-on.

The DWG/DXF import add-ons read 3D solid geometry from DWG/DXF files and create corresponding solid bodies in an Alibre Design part document. The DWG/DXF export add-ons read solid bodies in an Alibre Design part or assembly document and creates corresponding 3D solid geometry objects in a DWG/DXF file. These add-ons can read and write DWG and DXF files up to the latest version of AutoCAD.

The AutoCAD 3D interoperability add-ons are priced at 195 Euro (US$278) each and are available as fully functional 10 day/run trials. The software comes with detailed documentation in the form of a compiled HTML help file which contains a step-by-step tutorial to get the end user started in the shortest possible time.

Detailed information and trial downloads can be found at SYCODE.
