The MathWorks Releases MATLAB Mobile iPhone App

The mathWorks has introduced MATLAB Mobile, a free app for the iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. MATLAB Mobile provides a lightweight MATLAB desktop for your iPhone OS Device, giving you a remote connection to the MATLAB running on your own computer. With MATLAB Mobile, you’ll no longer worry about forgetting to start that script before you leave your office.

According to the company, MATLAB Mobile gives you command line access to MATLAB and all the products that you are licensed to use on your computer as well as the ability to view MATLAB figures on your iPhone.

If MATLAB is already installed on a user’s computer, they can download the MATLAB Mobile app and MATLAB Connector for free.

For more information, visit The MathWorks or watch this video of the app in action.
