Santa Clara-based AMD used this week’s SIGGRAPH 2007 show in San Diego to let loose with no fewer than five new high-powered graphics accelerators. The new ATI FireGL devices can speed OpenGL 2.1 and DirectX 10- applications by a factor of three, the company says.
