ATEasy Updates Interface

Development environment for version 6.0 includes many enhancements.

Geotest (Irvine, CA) recently introduced the latest version of its ATEasy Test Executive and Development Studio Software.

ATEasy version 6.0 contains numerous enhancements including a new TestExecutive Modal User interface.  In addition, a new look for thedevelopment environment includes auto hide docking windows, andgradient and color customization for menus and toolbars.

There is a new system to organize and work with applications that havea large number of programs, where the user can define folders andorganize its test program in a tree structure according tofunctionality or UUT variants. Changes and additional features in theproperty pages include force compile for procedures, programparameters, and program shortcut UUT.

There is a new full-feature, on-screen virtual keyboard. This featurealso includes support for an increased scrollbar size for all windowscontrols, multi-line push buttons, and automatic sizing/scaling of aform when the font is changed.

The Internal library contains several new functions including supportfor extended directory and file manipulation, date time parsing,dynamic menu and control creation, and extended support for.NET/ActiveX events.

ATEasy 6.0 is fully backward compatible with prior versions of ATEasy(3.0-5.0). Binary files saved in version 6.0 can be loaded usingversion 5.0 build 94a (but not always with versions prior to 94a).ATEasy 6 run-time can also used to run EXE files created with priorversions of ATEasy.
