Systems and design process automation company ETRAGE, announced several solutions for PTC Windchill. The company has been developing solutions for PTC users designed to assist viewable file creation, integration with ERP, MRP, CRM and SharePoint systems and data migration.

The current releases from ETRAGE include:

  • Windchill EasySearch: Offers customizable search mechanisms, providing options to look for file name, number, context and object type. With search results, users can list files, gain access to representation and secondary files.
  • ETRAGE SmartPDF: Provides functionality of selecting section view callout symbols and automatically changes the drawing sheet's view. It also adds annotations and zone references to created PDF documents.
  • WXML Universal Integrator for WindChill: Allows for automatic exporting of bill-of-materials metadata and viewable files from WindChill PDMLink in structured XML and PDF format files to a Windows folder. This solution is targeted at companies looking for an easy to deploy, out-of-the-box program to integrate WindChill with ERP, the company states.
  • Drawing Notes Search for PTC Creo Parametric and Windchill PDMLink: Integrates an automatic method for capturing notes from Creo notes and compiles them in a database, providing a reference source for notes content.
“Over the years we’ve gotten to know the customer community well.  We understand their engineering requirements and can help them in solving complex problems with product and services at a very competitive price,” Bojan Rapaic, president of ETRAGE, said
