Eurocom has shipped the fully-configurable Panther 5 notebook, equipped with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 880M graphics, an X79 Express Chipset and 6 TB of RAID storage.

According to the company, the Panther 5 is designed for high-end professional graphics users demanding maximum performance and power when running professional applications.

The system has a Trusted Platform Module 1.2 for security, a 1920 x 1080 display and weighs 12 lbs. Up to 32GB of DDR3 RAM memory is available. Users can chose from either 4 or 6 core Intel i7 4th generation processors, or 8 and 12 core Intel Xeon E5 processors. Its NVIDIA GeForce GTX 880M graphics has a 954 MHz plus boost Engine Clock, 8GB GDDR5 memory and 1536 CUDA cores.

A variety of connectivity ports are available, including USB 3.0 and 2.0, eSATA connectability, HDMI, DisplayPort version 1.2, an ExpressCard 54 slot and FireWire.
