The CFD and CAE postprocessing tool increases data capacity and memory anagement.

Offering improvements in CFD capability and productivity, FieldView postprocessing is now available for structural analysis. With its introduction of V12, Intelligent Light's FieldView benefits engineering analysts by including support for structural analysis (CAE) simulation data and fluid-structure interaction (FSI) simulation.

Not only have new data readers been added for Fluent, FLOW-3D, LS-DYNA, and AcuSolve solutions, but FieldView V12 includes fluid structure interaction (FSI) and crash simulation postprocessing, as well as other multiphysics applications and additions to 2D plotting capability for quantitative evaluation. Large data capabilities are enhanced with native Win64 support with batch mode, and faster read-in times for Parallel FV-UNS data reads are possible.

Improved graphics performance and large data capacity (Smart Linked Memory, or SLIM) with existing system memory enable the growing use of arbitrary polyhedral elements and one-click animation of multiple transient datasets. Automation and customization with FVX scripting also offers further control of analysis and output.
