Rapidform XOR/Redesign generates CAD from 3D scan data.

The Korean Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) has awarded INUS Technology (Seoul, South Korea) the Presidential Prize for its Rapidform XOR/Redesign software, which generates parametric CAD models from 3D scan data. Key aspects of XOR that lead to the Presidential Prize included its parametric capability, advanced automated functions, and algorithms for determining original design intent. The Presidential Prize will be presented at an awards ceremony held in conjunction with the Ministry’s SOFTEXPO & Digital Contents Fair 2007, which runs from November 29th to December 1st at COEX in Seoul, Korea.
